DRY UTILITIES
We offer a full range of underground installation and repair/replacement services for electric power. Prior to installation of high voltage underground cables our team of contractors does an assessment to determine approach with safety as our number 1 priority. Our team maintains professional relationships with all local utility providers to ensure compliance with locally established requirements and specifications.
WET UTILITIES
Texas Utility Group offers a full range of water services including underground installation and repair/replacement. Specific projects include sanitary sewers, manholes, water mains, storm drains, pond piping, conduits, pump stations, and box culverts. Our experienced team makes sure that safety standards, requirements and specifications are met to ensure that the wet utilities we install are long lasting and cost-effective.
EARTHWORKS
We specialize in land excavation to prepare for construction of all underground utilities to ensure proper installation and repair and replacement services for both dry and wet utilities. Texas Utility Group also provides land grading services to help change the configuration of a plot of land or to stabilize its slopping to ensure the project is completed to safety standards, requirements and specifications on time and under budget.
RECENT PROJECTS
GREAT ESCAPES RV PARK
NORTH TEXAS
Texas Utility Group installed all underground utilities (sanitary sewers, manholes, water mains, storm drains, pond piping, conduits, pump stations, and box culverts) to build out of 50 new RV sites in the expansion of the Great Escapes RV Park in North Texas.
The work included significant earthworks upgrades including creation of a 3.5-acre wibit pond with 12-14 feet at max depth, 1 mile of road way installation, paving and preparation for asphalt and concrete, transformation of a golf course to add additional RV sites, and final grade and cleanup. Every aspect of this project was completed with proper methodology and decades of experience to ensure it passed city and state government regulations and inspections.
GREAT ESCAPES RV PARK
AUSTIN OAKS
Texas Utility Group delivered all underground utilities to support 10-acre expansion adding 76 RV sites to the Great Escapes RV park in Cedar Creek, Texas.
Initial work included the clearing the 10-acre site of all trees and shrubs, rough grading and dirt work preparation to support ADA ramps (in accordance with all Government regulations). Project included installation of over 5400 feet of sanitary sewers, water mains and conduit pipe (some at depths of 20 feet). Work also included installation of 2 retention ponds and a splitter box for water control and diversion of waste water; preparation for install of new swimming pool, earthworks rough grading, clearing and final grade and cleanup of final job site for preparation of grass installation.
